"Trilogy" was the first major appearance from The Weeknd and was what shot him out into the eyes and ears of millions of music lovers. The album is a 30 song album containing 3 of his old albums, but remastered along with the addition of 3 new songs "Twenty Eight", "Valerie", and "Till Dawn". His album was made of psychedelic, outrageous party music, and some relaxing melodies, but mostly consisted of calming and slow R&B. This album was made to showcase all of The Weeknd's older works and get him out and on the top charts, and it worked well for him. "Wicked Games" topped out as number 53 on the billboard top 100 after a week. This album shows a new artist making a killing in the hip hop and r&b world and showing off the skills he clearly has.
