"Greatest Hits" -Red Hot Chili Peppers

"Greatest Hits"by the Red Hot Chili Peppers is a album full of classics that will outlast the test of time and remain one of the top albums to ever be created. It brings together the perfect combination of soul filled and upbeat rhythmic songs to portray a many different views that they have. My personal favorite "Under the Bridge"is a sad story of how the original guitarist, a heroin addict, dies due to an overdose. The sadness shown in this song truly brings out Anthony Kiedis's amazing voice as he deals with the death of his close friend. "Scar Tissue" is another truly sad song that Kiedis brings his addiction to drugs out to the stage. Both of these songs are incredibly songs filled with soul and meaning that any music lover could fall in love with. While on the other hand "Give it Away" and "Dani California" both are upbeat and rhythmic songs that show the crazier side of the Red Hot Chili Peppers pulling together a great album and making it my favorite among all albums in history.
